Hi I've listed an item last month somebody bid for it but I received a message from eBay saying it was a suspicious buyer so the item wasn't sold yet I've been charged for it as sold ??

I listed it again and again I think it's a suspicious buyer as they offered way way over the selling price again no money has exchanged hands yet I'm being charged again saying it's been sold ?

eBay charge their selling fee the second an item sells and not when the buyer pays you.

If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, applicable fees will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.
