Buyer address issues - not responding to contact

Good morning everyone,

I'm new to selling again after a long time away from Ebay. On the 25th I sold an item, but the buyer's address doesn't look quite right. It's got a line that doesn't look like it should be there - odd mix of letters and digits, and a section in brackets. I contacted the buyer on the 25th to ask them to check their address as it didn't seem right and I wanted to make sure it was delivered ok. So far I've had no response - what's the length of time to allow the buyer to respond? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

it's an ebay code, you need to include it

Thanks for the response, really appreciated. It's halfway through the address though? Would it normally be placed in the middle of someone's address?

yes, ebay like to put the code in the middle for some reason
