I returned an item for a refund and have not received this 8 days lter. I've contacted the seller about this and provided delivery confirmation but they are not responding to me. I have no other way of contacting Ebay on this request as there are no other options on the return. How do I escalate non payment of the refund with Ebay?

It says this case is closed, so you can't escalate.

Howdid you pay, refunds go back to source and are not instant, if you paid by Debit card it takes 7 days to go back to bank, if a Credit Card it takes 30 days to go back to card.

All infiormation isavailable for you to see, if the PAID symbol has changed to the REFUNDED SYMBOL then a refund is in process.

You should have had messages from ebay all you have to do is read them, once a case is closed it can't be reopened. The Case would only close if a refund had been made or it ran out of time. Look at the closed case, no one else can see the details.
