    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;If you have opened a "not as described case"&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;[and not a simple "return"] then the seller will - if wise - send the label through the case.&amp;nbsp; The label has tracking so stick it firmly on the package and send off at Post Office&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;If the seller does not send a label then escalate the acse to eBay after 3 full business days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;Do not get into any discussion with the seller.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="5"&gt;If you have wrongly opened a return case then you will need to pay the postage but you will need a label in any case.&amp;nbsp; You will not get that money back I am afraid&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If a UK Seller they will have to generate a Returns Label through the Case. Ebay will Message you, instructing you to Print it off. If you don't hear anything over the next 3 Business Days Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund without you having to Return anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
