i am sending an item back which was not as described

done the return request

item packed ready to return

do i wait for the seller and ebay for a return lable

or send it back

If a UK Seller they will have to generate a Returns Label through the Case. Ebay will Message you, instructing you to Print it off. If you don't hear anything over the next 3 Business Days Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund without you having to Return anything.

If you have opened a "not as described case" [and not a simple "return"] then the seller will - if wise - send the label through the case. The label has tracking so stick it firmly on the package and send off at Post Office

If the seller does not send a label then escalate the acse to eBay after 3 full business days.

Do not get into any discussion with the seller.

If you have wrongly opened a return case then you will need to pay the postage but you will need a label in any case. You will not get that money back I am afraid
