Just sold an item. The ad clearly stated 'collection only' with the postcode. The buyer has asked us to post the item as they live 2 hours away. We have replied saying unfortunately not. Where do we stand ? Many thanks

You dont have to post i you do not offer it. They should not have bought

If they have not paid wait 4 days and then you or ebay can cancel the transaction

and relist.

They get a non payment strike on their account and you get your fees back minus 30p

If they have paid then they should send a cancellation request for you to agree too.
