Buyer not responding

I sold a classic mini , the buyer asked me to call , but is not answering . The buyer has no feedback and I am sure it is a messer. What should I do

If you list it again, asking for "payment through eBay" is very unsafe for you. It means that the buyer could pay by PayPal, which leaves the seller open to an easy scam if the buyer then makes a fraudulent chargeback through the credit cars they used to fund the purchase. EBay will enforce a refund and the buyer will keep the car - it may have been broken up for spares before you even know what's happened. Without proof of posting the seller has no defence against this scam, which has even been exposed in the national press.

Cash on collection is the only payment for motor vehicles that is safe for both parties.

By the way, PLEASE straighten the number plate and take a new photo. It looks so forlorn!
