    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for all your help. The problem I had was big and needed eBay help directly. My item was already delivered when I escalated the case. &amp;nbsp;The case was ruled in my favour immediately. &amp;nbsp; The status of my item was marked as "in transit " instead of delivered . Since I &amp;nbsp;provided the the tracking number it appears no one read my notes. I was left in limbo for days till I googled for eBay customer services and got their email. I emailed them and someone physically tracked the reference and refunded mecwith no delay.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Contacted eBay for help to ask seller Ito refund. &amp;nbsp;I returned my purchase to seller and seller got it on 15/7/21. &amp;nbsp;Seller did not refund by 17/7/2021 so I told eBay that item was returned and seller got it on 15/7/21. &amp;nbsp;eBay has not paid my money and a delivered item is placed on transit for ever. &amp;nbsp;When withmmwill they refund? Tracking number is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;BN356475028GB.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this was all done through an EBay Returns Case you add the Tracking Number into the Case. Once the Tracking shows Delivered or Attempted Delivery EBay should Refund you. Did you Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I escalated the case on the date asked. On 13/7/21, I received the item, and was not as described. I requested return and got address of seller. On 14/7/21 I posted the bag seller received it on 15/07/21. Seller chose not to refund so on 17/7/21 I escalated the case and received decision in my favour for refund after I send back the bag. I gave eBay a tracking number of the delivered bag but the system placed it on “in transit” status ever since. The status doesn’t change but it’s wrong. The bag was delivered and signed for by seller- BN356475028GB. Thank you.</description>
