Best photo settings for Android (moto power g7)

Hi folks.

Had a quick look on YouTube for help.

Thought I'd ask here:

I'm photographing denim jackets.

Any tips for camera settings on Android - I can't get the 1:1 aspect ratio that is advised on my Moto g7.

I've heard manual settings are better.

Any tips/help appreciated.

You are probably looking in the correct place on youtube as there are not many people on here

Perhaps it is trial and error
