there was a problem with one of my items. The buyer is willing to accept a partial refund. How do i deal with it?

Go to your Payments tab >> All transactions, and Click on the item's highlighted item number.

Then far right under the big blue button's drop down menu, mine says Leave Feedback click on send refund.

Add the refund you wish to make, select the reason, check it is correct, and submit.

Thank you so much. It wasn't quite as straight forward as that but I certainly couldn't have done it without your help and I got there in the end. I am now £100 poorer!!
