Turn off Return Option

Hello

I am a seller and want to turn off the return option on my listings but it is set to return and it won't allow me to turn it off. How can I change this/why won't it let me turn the return option off?

It will not turn off returns beacuse you are a business seller and required [under the law] to give refunds [for any reason] where the buyer pays to return. All sellers are required as well to accept returns for "not as described" if the buyers think the item is different

You are a business, so have to accept all returns, it's the law.
