Seller Promotional Offer Not Applied

Hi,

I have listed items with the 80% fees discount which startedtoday. When i look at my seller hub, the promotion does not appear to have been applied despite me accepting the offer before listing the 12 items. My allowance is showing 0/100 used. Should i take the items down and try to relist them? Not really sure what to do nect.

Go to seller hub, click overview, scroll to bottom left & promotional offers show there.
