      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a rather expensive fan (£125) a few days ago. I assembled it and the buttons on the fan don't work properly. Only with the supplied remote does the fan work. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact the manufacturer and wasn't very helpful. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
