    <description>It was not ebays fault. Have you read the money back guarantee. You have to open a dispute and return the item in the time allowed and also make sure you send it back tracked. You did not do it properly. If you had paid by paypal then you could have opened the dispute there but you will lose there too as you do not have tracking. What was the item How did you send it back?.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i returned an item to a seller who claims to have not received it.&amp;nbsp; No tracking is available. The seller is not issueing a refund and has opened a case. eBay has found in his favour and closed the case. No refund is forthcoming. I also don't appear able to leave feedback for the seller. How is this possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you return items then you have to do it through the resolution centre&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have to have tracking to prove it was Delivered or ATtempted delivery to the seller&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No trackin and you lose&amp;nbsp; any dispute. There is nothing you can do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You have 60 days to leave feedback Go to the item in your Purchase history or to Help and contact or seller help top right of the page and the item should come up if in time. If you did not return in the correct manner and lost the case then you can not accuse the seller of not refunding or anything connected to the case.</description>

      <description>Why would the seller open a case in this regard? I see it as a complete tactic to not refund the amount and avoid neg feedback. This is in my opnion a flaw in the ebay system.</description>

      <description>What case do you think the seller opened?. It is down to you to open the dispute if you want to return an item for any reason and to  make sure the item goes back tracked. No tracking you lose.</description>

      <description>I lose £50 on the transaction, £9 on return postage and somehow the option&lt;BR /&gt;to leave feedback is gone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On top of this the seller is now reselling the item, as I purchased the&lt;BR /&gt;last one he had in stock and he has one for sale now!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is not acceptable ebay!</description>
