What is the actual process for sending please?

You will be better putting your question on the seller central at the top of the page under Discussions

There are also announcements which you can get to from the seller hub or at the very bottom of some pages

ebay collect the VAT for sales made on ebay and you put their IOSS number on the forms

you cannot use any other IOSS number through ebay
