    <description>&lt;P&gt;You must put the tracking on the item in your sold section&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should do that as soon as you post the item&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it does not say Delivered then you will have to refund&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is not your fault but that is ebay policy we sign up to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you put a return address on the item then it should be returned to you&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A buyer has opened a case against me for an item not received, Ive sent them the tracking number and it clearly shows that it been delivered on 3 seperate occasions but there has been no one there to collect it. What can I do as its not my fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
