It's bad selling but no one can make a seller sell their item.

Have you received your money back? Did you pay with Paypal? Very unsafe , as cash / bank transfer after inspection and collection is the safest method to buy vehicles.

Have you received your money back? Did you receive a cancellation request, and notification that a refund has been made? If not you may need to take legal advice here, you may have fallen for a scam.

EBay probably shut the Account down would have been a Compromised Account. Definite Scam. How did you Pay?
