Hi, how long does it take for a parcel (standard) letter to arrive at the depot? Posted a week ago 2nd & doesn't seem to have arrived, I'm now concerned it's gone missing.

I think that item may be too small for GSP

You seem to sell cheap items if it is less than £5 you can not send it that way.

SEe the link and check yourself

Items should arrive as they would normally it makes no difference it is GSP

Did you send it tracked or 16 digit code from the PO receipt?

Thanks. It did say it had sold on GSP & gave me the depot address & ref number. I also have a tracking ref for GSP. I think I won't be offering GSP again 😕Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

If you have the 16 digit code then you need to put it on the item in your sold section. Once it is accepted at the hub then you are not responsible for loss or damage. You may be ok it may just be a little late

If the item is lost then you claim off Royal MAil. You can do that online or get a claims form from the post office
