    <description>You are absolutely right&amp;gt; I would try appealing the decision. Did you put the tracking onto the case?. Top right of the page under seller help or read the link &lt;A href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/appeal-ebays-decision-return-missing-item-sellers?id=4369" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/appeal-ebays-decision-return-missing-item-sellers?id=4369&lt;/A&gt;  I dont know  what else you can do but you could try Citizens advice for their help/</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In may I sold a jigsaw&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it was paid for and I got excellent feedback,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Very recently I recieved an email from ebay&amp;nbsp; saying the customer did`nt recognise the sale,&amp;nbsp; I provided tracking no as asked&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and apparently the case is closed , the customer used an outside&amp;nbsp; company to get a refund.&amp;nbsp; I had no notice of this and&amp;nbsp; apparently they can take up to £19 plus from My bank account.............the sale was for £3-20.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This is dangerous for sellers&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are right it is dangerous for sellers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have tracking or 16 digit code then it would be recongnised by ebay or paypal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If someone else ( not sure who else they could use) then hard to say how they deal with it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It can happen with ebay and paypal and if it is a chargeback then as you say you get charged usually about £15. Was there nowhere to put the tracking on to prove Delivered&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I sent tracking no as requested to ebay how can someone not recognise a sale when they provide feedback?</description>

      <description>Hi , Yes i always put the tracking no in the right place, as i said this was sold 2 months ago, why give brilliant feedback then wait until July to make refund request.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It just does`nt make sense to me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I shall be closing My ebay account in case this happens to me again, it`s disgusting treatment</description>
