Can anyone help with a postage refund? Literally emailed seller several times & no reply. Cannot open a request as it's only to return item. Before purchase seller agreed to combine posatge costs as the items have arrived in one parcel but I've been charged multiple times for postage

EBay will not get involved with postage problems. Sellers do not have to combine postage. It's a complex area becuase - for example - more items in a parcel may increase the weight/cost.

Usually you must ask the seller if he will combine and - if so - add all into a basket before paying.

All in all you can - if you are not happy with the overall cost - leave factual feedback such as "seller would not combine postage"

I fear that if that feedback is left then the seller may get it removed because as you say sellers are not obliged to combine postage. Would this not come under "buyer requested something not offered in the listing? "
