    <description>&lt;P&gt;Once you have Received the Item just open an Ebay Returns Case for Item Not As Described. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label. If they don't just Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in after 4 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought an item which is still on its way but the shipping/tracking details state that item is damaged due to packaging problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the seller but he did not reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can ebay do to help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to wait until you receive it and then if it is damaged you open a not as described dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you dont receive it then that is the dispute you open&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Follow the instructions carefully&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No one can do it until you have either received it or it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing&lt;/P&gt;</description>
