i have an item that was lost and i can't contact the seller or ask eBay to step in. i t was ordered on 30 th of january 2021.

any suggestions ?

you've left it far too long,

you only get 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case with ebay

I was asked few times by the seller to give it time. After some time they said it should be 8n my country. After long time the courier declair that he can't find it. So that is why the delay. Any soultion from ebay ?

it's too late to do anything via ebay but Paypal's deadine is longer at 180 days so you have about a week to open a case with them if you used them to pay for the item. Go here https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ and escalate after 3 business days.
