    <description>Yes. As already stated you do not have to send photos just open the not as described dispute and follow it through. You dont need to talk to the seller at all.Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre. Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute. The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return. If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute. Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I'm trying to sort a return as buyer sent me the wrong item. They want pics but my messages don't seem to be sending. Any had this problem and how to resolve? Also I can't find a contact number for ebay&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You dont need photos or to talk to the seller&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open the not as described dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to leave photos but clicking on the three little dots just above the message box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All problems are dealt through a dispute so dont let the seller run you out of time&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days to open a dispute and you go back after 3 days if the seller has not send a pre paid label for the return.Follow instuctions carefully&lt;/P&gt;</description>
