Buyer winning multiple items and not paying

There is a buyer on ebay who is bidding on multiple items from different sellers and not paying. The seller puts a comment on feedback which is positive but a complaint of non payment really. Buyer gets eBay to remove comment but still gets poss feedback. She is building up feedback up fast. I want to contact eBay so they can see the feedback and issues sellers are having with time wasting but don't know how to. Any ideas?

The feedback is probably being removed because sellers are not allowed to post negative feedback on a positive.

What the sellers should be doing is opening non payment cases against them. This will end up with them getting one strike for every unpaid item.

They should also set their bidder requirements to block bids from anyone with 2 unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months. Also add the buyer to their block list.
