&lt;P&gt;You have 30 days on ebay to open a dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try paypal if you paid that way&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You need to sign up for their returns if you can&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Escalate the dispute as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Every listing has , top right, a link to the 30 day money back guarantee it is a good idea to read this, and never allow a seller to con you again, so that you are out of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
