Item being prepared at Argos for 7 days

I had three items, from different sellers, delivered to Argos for me to collect. By coincidence Hermes delivered all three items, so I had goog tracking and photo evidence the items were delivered. I received collection emails for two of the items with an FM number and barcode.

I collected these items on July 15th, but Argos would not release the third item to me as I had not received a collection email. The purchase page for this item on My eBay shows the item as "being prepared".

The seller says they are not able to help, and I have no dispute with them - but how do I get my item? Thanks

You need to contact eBay ASAP and ask for FM Code as store normally only holds iems for 7 days before returning yo seller or disposing of goods.
