good afternoon everybody I am trying to get help with something I ordered from eBay but I can't seem to be able to contact customer services or anything the online page just takes me to an information help page not an actual advisor can anyone advise how I can get in touch with an actual person online at eBay not on the phone please ? Usually no need to contact CS which is mainly based in Philippines ... open a suitable formal eBay case from the expected or actual delivery date which a Seller cannot ignore ... after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay >
