    <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep that return open, you won't be able to start another one.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You will be able to escalate it to ebay 3 full working days after you started it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Then as long as the seller is in the UK ebay will reqire them to provide a paid-for return postage label for you to print and use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I bought books "very good" quality and they came with yellow stains and bend badly at the back cover. I did official request for the return and seller suddenly refuses to pay for the postage. I can't get ebay involved till I have that request open (at least I can't find how). Should I close this return request and ask ebay to step in that way, as I don't want to sent those books back and then lose money anyways? Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
