Hi,

I had an EBay Account of 10yrs + , and then didn't use it for some time when I decided to re sell for what're ever reason I have a new Account, same email address ( which I have had for over 20yrs ) new password , I'm trying to relocate my old Acc but with no joy, I have spoken to EBay and they say that with that email address this new Acc. I have is the only one on the system??

Anyone got a clue how to track down my old Account.

It should not be possible to have two accounts with the same email address.

It's possible that eBay has deleted the account, especially if you didn't respond some years ago when all passwords had to be changed.

To find your old account, if it exists, you need to remember the username. Surely you kept some sort of record of this somewhere?

if you use the continue with facebook/google/apple option ebay will open a new account using the same email address,

you should be able to access the previous account by logging out of the new one and logging back in using your normal ID and password.
