      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i started a return to the seller after I ordered the wrong item&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they then said after a day please just send back and they would sort the correct item but don't use eBay return&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had already started it and now I cannot cancel which means the payment to the seller is frozen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have sent the item back via post and the seller is now waiting for the cancel to clear so he can replacment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not my fault just delays in emails etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Proceed with the return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It's safer for you anyway.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you used a non-ebay generated postage label you'll need to contact ebay and ask them to add the tracking number onto your return case.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Go to My eBay and click on "Help &amp;amp; Contact", top left.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link but they will still help you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After that if necessary escalate the case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details &amp;gt; Respond to Case &amp;gt; Escalate This Case &amp;gt; Submit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Your money will be refunded and you can then buy again if you want.&lt;/P&gt;
