How to re-open an item return

I am returning an item for refund but the seller has told me the address on the return label is an old one.

I cancelled the refund thinking I could re-do it once the seller corrected their address but I can't see how to do that.

Can anyone help please?

You have Blown it. You are only allowed one case and that is it

In any case you send to the address as notified by Ebay, if not you are also throwing away what little protection sellers have.

If you paid by paypal you might be able to open a case with them, alternatively whoever you used to pay.

You must read the Money Back Guarantee, it is on EVERY listing and all day long we have members who never bother to read the rules.

That seems unfair when the seller had told me it was the wrong address.
