hello people, does eBay have a contact number that I can call them on ? as I have an issue with an item sent through their Global Shipping Program the item arrived crushed and as it has gone through their hands and suffered this issue I do not feel that it is unfair for me to have suffered the negative feedback.

I read that am sure that I am covered for such things when i use the Global Shipping Program.

Depends when you were trying

Ebay CS opens at 8am on a weekday

You go to Seller Help right top of the page then try putting Globel shipping programme into the Search box

If that does not work then scroll down for options for call me back or chat with me

The buyer needs to open a not as described dispute and make sure ebay know it was GSP

You need to make sure ebay know it is gsp

You are not responsible for items that are damaged after the reach the hub in Lichfield
