Unpaid item strikes.

EBay won't allow me to bid on items as it says I have 2 unpaid buying strikes against me. This is incorrect as the seller cancelled the items.

For you to have 2 unpaid strikes then a seller must have opened non payment cases against you 😞

Most sellers will block bids from anyone that has two unpaid strikes in the previous 12 months.

IF you are adamant that Ebay has got it wrong then try and contact Ebay CS to resolve your issue.

Saying that a seller can add you to their exemption list which would allow you to bid.

If you did not pay for the items why was that?.

The new non payment function ebay message to remind you to pay and after 4 full days

the seller or ebay will cancel

Is that what happened or did the seller cancel straight away

I asked the seller prior to placing my bids if he would combine the postage cost if I was the successful winner of the 2 items (2 football cards)which were based in the USA. He confirmed he would combine the shipping cost. I duly won both items but the seller then said he was unable to combine postage as the Global shipping programme
and would cancel my order. But now every Sunday and only on a Sunday I am unable to bid on anything! Due to the 2 unpaid football cards. eBay have never messaged me to tell me about the 2 unpaid strikes and I seem unable to contact them.

Yes the seller was correct sellers can not combine postage on GSP Starnge that you have never received notice of the strikes or that you cant bid only on Sunday. To contact ebay at the top right of the page under Seller Help and scroll down for contact details. It is call me back or chat with us.
