hello i am new here and right after my first purchase i was deceived

I bought a watch but only a letter came to me by Boris Johnson with measures regarding coronavirus

I started the return of the goods today I am going to send it back to him

and of course he does not write off from the seller

Yes you use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described. The Seller has 3 Business days to Accept and generate a Returns Label through the Case. Just Pack the Letter in a Postage Envelope and attach the Label. Ebay check the Tracking number. Once it shows as Delivered or Attempted Delivery you should be Refunded. If the Seller does not voluntarily Refund you Ask EBay to Step in after 4 days. They will Force the Refund.
