I sold a phone to a buyer and the listing said no marks or scratches, unfortunately there was the tiniest mark in the top left had corner that I genuinely did not see! (It's that small) the buyer is asking for a partial refund, however I have not received the payment in my bank yet although the buyer has paid. My listing said no returns accepted. What should I do? The buyer now wants to raise a return Thanks!

It's probably best to agree to the return for a full refund.

I will have to wait for the money to reach my account first. Should I refund and hope he returns the phone or wait to receive the phone before refunding? Thankyou for your help

You don't Refund until you have the Phone back.
