Hi,

i received an email from ebay stating they have enrolled me into the Global shipping programme.

I sold an item to France (I am in the UK)

I was told I just need to send to ebays UK shipping centre, but how do I do this, I have no details from ebay on where to ship to

When the buyer pay then you will get the address to sent the item to.

It will be in Lichfield in the Uk

You send it there at the price and method of postage on your listing

Thanks for your prompt response.

The problem is I have not received anything from ebay with where to send it to. If I go to the sales record, it just shows the address in france.

The opt in email stated everything would be automatic, but do I need to do anything to my existing listings to use this Global shipping programme?

Checking a couple of your listings it does not seem to be that you are on the GSP it says you post worldwide which means you arrange the postage to the buyer yourself. You cant change the listings but you can go to Shortcuts Site preferences then Postage and packing and see if you opted in and if not opt in if you wish for future sales. It is very expensive for buyers but your choices
