Got sold fake trainers want to return them was sent a label ,my phone's not latest Android and is not capable of printing or opening the qr code section of return label I was emailed asked eBay to step in spoke to representative who gave me run around

You will lose the case unless you return the item either printing that label or buying the postage yourself. You could use your library's computer/printer facilities to print the ebay-generated one. If not you could ask a friend with a printer. They will have to log in as you so will need your password which you should change afterwards.

If that's not possible you will have to buy a postage label yourself at your post office and then contact ebay to ask them to change the tracking number on the return. To contact ebay go to My eBay and use "Help & Contact", top left . Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link to "Chat with us".

Ebay can't help. If you have opened case and seller/ebay have sent a reply paid label, the ball is inyour court. The next step is returning and on return you get a refund. Only if seller receives back and doesn't refund can you ask ebay to step in.

Surely you know someone who can print out for you. Some Libraries may have the facility.
