Your seller may not be able to, many are having difficulties replying to messages.

What is it you are trying to ask?

I accidentally picked the wrong size shoe and immediately tried to contact the seller to ask her to change the order. As there was no response on saturday i sent an email and i called and left a message. I then tried to cancel the order so i could re-order the correct size but as the seller hadn’t responded i couldn’t do that either. I’m hoping that as it’s monday now the seller might be back online and respond. The order hasn’t been sent out and i have paid with paypal. I hate for them to mail it out then i have to return it (and pay postal) then they sent another pair, all extra costs for both of us. If the seller responds today then all good, guess we’ll see.

Aaah yes, then hopefully being a weekend and an important sporting one,
they may not have been online, and will respond today.

Sounds like they are a registered business if they have a selection of
sizes, so in their interest too, to correct this before sending out the
item. Keep their customers happy!
