Hi everybody, I sold an item and the buyer didn't pay. I did the second chance offer thing (but have never done it before so not sure if I did it right) but it didn't sell. I now want to relist it but get a message advising that I cant edit, relist or sell simlar - why is that? It's not my fault the buyer didn't pay and it seems I'm going to have to go to vinted to sell it - unless I'm missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yes once payment hadn't been received after sending an invoice and making contact with the seller after that I cancelled the item - as you can no longer open an unpaid item case (as far as I can see)

You need to close down the first 'non sale' completely before 2nd. chance/relist options appear >

See the recent eBay Auto opened and actioned > Unpaid/Cancel < case process which can be closed after 5 days to recover the FVF selling fees due and Non payers are given a non payment defect/strike =
