Hi, I am unable to spend nectar points I have spent them before but now I am just getting a message that says there was a problem connecting to nectar please try again later. I am still collecting points but unable to convert them to vouchers

Well contact Nectar, they are the only people who can solve Nectar problems.

Disconnect your Nectar card from eBay, then re register it with eBay.

Use a desktop browser to manage this.
