How do I add enhanced compensation insurance when using Packlink.

How do I add enhanced compensation insurance when using Packlink. I only get the option on regular insurance of £25.00. The cost is shown as £6.96 in the listing however i wish to add insurance which I understand is 3% of sale price. In my case the item is up for sale at £650.00, hence £19.50 but i can't see any means of applying this cost to the listing. Thanks.....

If by that you mean that you are suggesting the buyer may wish to pay extra you are under a misapprehension. "Compensation" is for your benefit; if damaged or lost you will refund in full.

If you wish to use a particular service which does nots eem to be advertised one simple way is to list as "post free" ["included really"]

I wouldn't touch packlink. they rarelt pay out even if you pay the extra.

Either buy postage direct from carrier website, Hermes, etc or better still Royal mail at PO.

Check prices before listing item.
