      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought an item that did not fit. Agreed with the buyer to return. I used an independent carrier to return the item. The seller now has the item and wants to refund me.&amp;nbsp; The seller can not refund me as ebay are asking me supply a tracking number. I can not get past the print label page as there is no option for using an indipendent carrier. I can not contact ebay I seem to be going round in circles ........Please HELP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to persevere with ebay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; They have to change the tracking number for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Go to My eBay and click on "Help &amp;amp; Contact", top left.&amp;nbsp; Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.&amp;nbsp; Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.&amp;nbsp; On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.&lt;/P&gt;
