It says I have to update my details. All messages from ebay come through your My ebay messages.

If it is through just your personal email then it is a scam.

Thanks. I can't see any way of forwarding the email to ebay for investigation.

Sorry for the delay. Been away. If it can through your private emails then you forward it to spoof@ebay.co.uk

It turned out that it was genuine after all even though it came through my personal email address. the next time I logged onto my account the same message got displayed and I had to update my bank details. I am sure that it was the genuine site because there was a query about a recent sale.
