    <description>&lt;P&gt;People keep asking this. If you buy things online, this is how return labels are sent, and not just by eBay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have to find your own solution. I think eBay still sends return labels as .pdf files, so you can ask anyone with a printer to print it for you, or use a printing service. Some public libraries provide this. Otherwise, a budget printer can be bought very cheaply these days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't think that eBay provides a scanning code that you can take to the post office on a mobile to be scanned and printed when posting, as Amazon does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
