I have tried to place a new advert on ebay.co.uk but on trying to publish, I get diverted to ebay.com with an error message saying We've Looked Everywhere etc. It does allow the saving of the draft.

I also discovered that I now can't revise an existing advert, getting the same re-direct and message.

I have tried different different PCs on different networks, both Edge and Chrome, and also the app on my phone.

This occured during this weekend. I uploaded one advert with no problem, then had the issue ever since.

Clear cache & cookies.

Then make sure you sign back in to ebay.co.uk.

There was an issue the other day, but seems to be fixed now.

No, had tried all that, plus 2 pcs and a phone app as well

I've also found it affects just one account. My wife's account on the same PC works as normal
