Your seller cannot move the goal posts once you have purchased.

You have a right to expect delivery. Presumably there was a postage option on the listing?

If you have paid, tell your seller you are looking forward to receiving your item, and if it doesn't arrive open a not received case in the Resolution Centre

Ok, sorry I thought you were the buyer. If you are OK with the collecting, then why not? you'd be best asking for cash on collection to avoid any claims on the money back guarantee.Yo

To do this you need to remove the postage from the invoice.

Go to "send an invoice" in your seller hub, change the price in the postage field to "00" and do not press reset. Send the invoice.

Buyer will just pay the actual priv=ce and will not pay Postage.
