Put my car on twice and both times buyers didn't complete. Had one refund but was charged £16.79 for the second one. Sold on Auto Trader

Listing fees for vehicles are NOT refundable!! Listing fee is £14.99 so no idea what the fee you mention is.

Well, I was charged £16.79 so I do not know how you can say £14.99. Ist non paying buyer I was given the fees back, 2nd not refunded. Perhaps you should ask for more details before putting in capital letters 'NOT', seems as though ebay is still best for buyers (paying or not) than it is for sellers, my opinion probably along with countless other sellers. Anyway your comments are noted (albeit wrong).

From ebay fee info: Listing fees and fees for any optional listing upgrades you choose are charged whether or not your item sells.
