Buyer saying parcel is missing ….

But, Hermes say it's been delivered and have taken a picture of the parcel outside the buyers door. Buyer says she's been out all day and parcel isn't there. Best course of action?

Bottom line is ebay will go by the tracking, so if that shows delivery the buyer will not win a " not received" case. Ask the buyer to ask their neighbours in case someone is keeping it safe for them. Failing that there's nothing you can do.

Buyer says she’s asked the neighbours but, from previous communication with this buyer, I have a feeling she has got the parcel. Just worried that she will give me negative feedback 😕

If she leaves neg f/b you can apply to get it removed (although ebay don't make that easy), or put a factual reply on it so everyone will see the truth. Or if the item is cheap you can refund if you like. It's up to you.
