Return case open after a month

Hi i would like to open a return case but i don't know how since the transaction was made two month ago. Seller accepts the return but he wants me to open return case. Please help me how to open after more than a month has passed.

You have 30 days from Delivery to Open an EBay Returns Case. Enter Ebay Money Back Guarantee into Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page.

If you Paid through PayPal you have 180 days Buyer Protection. However PayPal only Refund for Items which are Faulty on Delivery. Not weeks later.

EBay's procedures, whether it's a money back guarantee case or an ordinary return request, are subject to time limits.

When these have expired eBay is no longer involved (and will no longer return the seller's selling fees, which is probably why your seller wants you to return it through eBay!)

You haven't told us the reason for wanting to return it, which we would need to know to advise you whether it could still be returned under Paypal's buyer protection policy.

Thank you so much for the reply. Actually the seller sent me a fake bag. Will this be a reason for PaypaI to refund me?? And seller did admit it but he won’t refund me unless i solve the problem with eBay. But as you mentioned eBay won’t help me since it’s been more than a month. I think seller knows about this 😢

Yes because seller told me he will refund i didn’t want to put him trouble by telling he is a fraud. But now that i understand ebay time limit and seller insists ebay procedure, i need to doubt whether he really has intention to refund me. He sold Fendi bag and told me it was authentic but it was a replica. I paid more than $1000 which is very expensive for a fake bag and would not have bought it if it was not authentic. I am so frustrated.

I opened a case via paypaI but i am not sure if i could get refund.

Please help me if there’s a way.
