    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ebay doesn't refund, the seller refunds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As you have not used the system properly, you cannot ask ebay to help, BUT there is nothing preventing the seller from refunding.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is important to use systems properly then if seller does not refund you can ask ebay to step in and they will refund at the sellers expense.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get your tracking loaded you would have to ask ebay to do it. Using the printed label it automatically gets loaded when scanned at the post office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've returned an item without using ebay return label so I just paid at the post office *sign for* the seller has received item back but eBay&amp;nbsp; will&amp;nbsp; not refund we think because I didn't use there return label and it won't let me add new tracking details...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jp&lt;/P&gt;</description>
