IS THERE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR EBAY UK

Is there a number i can ring or is it possible to get ebay to ring me . I have a item i bought and returned as to small i asked for the seller to resend me a larger size instead of a refund.

They said they ahd sent out via Amazon and then asked ME to chase up Amazon to find out where the delivery was, which I did they stated the parcel had been delivered it hasn't i am on furlough and my wife is home 24/7 due to illness so i know it hasn't i have asked neighbours also.

Amazon said to get the company in that case to raise a issue with them and they would like at reimbursing the company . This company agreed to do this on the 14th June and asked me to get back to them if i didn;t hear anything i have since contacted them twice on here via messages and am not getting a reply .

So i need to speak to eBay i can't dispute online as it keeps coming up contact supplier, not very happy with thisa company i haven't left a bad review yet but have read quite a few bad reviews about the since this happened so if anyone knows the number or how ic an get them to ring me any help appreciated thanks.

NEVER ask for replacement, always get a refund & order again.

YOu have to chase this with ebay seller, not Amazon.

Unless it was a business seller using Amazon as drop shopper, then they are aren't allowed to do this on ebay.

Also YOU must correctly upgrade to business seller before ebay close you down.

They used Amazon shipping is that the same as the actual Amazon site?

The seller said I would have to have Amazon shipping after I contacted them they just gave me a tracking g number and basically said if you want to find out where your parcel is find it yourself

If you buy from seller & they then buy from Amazon who send to you not allowed.
